Team deployment: Workgroup™

A publisher publishes the model; every team member receives the same current version. No copies drifting apart, no wondering which file is right: the published model is the team's single source of truth, refreshed the moment a new version is published.

Control who can do what, per user: each capability - viewing, editing, publishing - is granted user by user, so responsibilities on the model are explicit and auditable. Permissions are always assigned to individual users.

The data dictionary - definitions, user-defined attributes, the team's shared vocabulary - has its own management rights. Decide, per user, who maintains it, so the dictionary stays curated instead of drifting.

Managers administer the deployment from one place: users, their permissions, published models and licensing. The controls a team lead needs to run Xcase across a department without touching every workstation.

Workgroup licensing is concurrent: a shared pool of Core, Evolve, Extract and Anonymize capabilities, consumed only while someone is actually using them. A few shared licenses serve many named users - the economics of a team, not of a headcount.
